• The operator reserves the right to change vessels due to mechanical breakdowns or reasons beyond their control.
• All tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Tickets can be transferred to another person within your Eventbrite account. Ensure that the name and contact information are updated for proper ticket transfer.
• Guests will have views of the fireworks display from the exclusion zone assigned by NSW authorities. The Captain will aim for the best possible viewing location but the exact location of the vessel cannot be guaranteed due to heavy traffic, congestion, and weather conditions. If the fireworks are canceled by NSW or Local Government, no refunds will be provided by Karisma Cruises.
• Menus are approximate and subject to change without notice, to equal or higher value.
• Food safety guidelines are followed. Caution is advised for severe allergies.
• Menu variations or dietary requests will not be accommodated.
• The vessel is a licensed venue and enforces Responsible Service of Alcohol.
• Prams cannot be accommodated.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you arrive at the wharf location 20 minutes prior to your boarding time with your tickets ready for staff to verify on the wharf. Be sure to allow sufficient travel time to the wharf from your location, taking into account road closures, congestion and delays.
