Peter and Sarah bought "The most degraded land in the Namoi Valley" in 2007, and you are invited to attend this field day to learn some of the strategies that have helped to bring it back to the beautiful property that it is today.
You will see and learn about Disruptive Adaptive Multi-Paddock Grazing Management; Making, Crushing and Feeding Biochar to Livestock, and Making and Storing Johnson-Su Compost and applying Johnson-Su extract to pasture.
George Truman from Local Land Services and Julian White from Fertile Farms will be attending to add their expertise.
Thm day will start with Registration between 8:30 and 9:00 am , with Morning tea from local bakers at 10:30 - 11:00 , and a "sausage sizzle and chat" for lunch.
Please bring a fold up chair, and don't forget sunscreen, hat and your farm boots.
