  • It's totally free, and on us
  • Limited spots up for grabs each month
  • Based on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Our friendly staff will be on hand to welcome you all
  • All are welcome to attend, existing AND new 'ice bathers'
  • Hot tea, water, showers provided
  • Run through from our team on cold immersion, why it's so good for you
  • Plus we'll share our Nimbus tips on 'How to ice bath'


What to bring


  • BYO Towel
  • Swimwear + change of clothes
  • Come alone or with a friend; newbies are especially welcome
  • A team spirit to stay and support those new to ice baths
  • We encourage lots of high hives and egging on
  • An open mind to meet new people
