**All competitors to pay for front gate entry when arriving at venue.

**Camping costs will be charged for any early arrivals between Tuesday 3rd June to Thursday 5th June - UNLESS you would like to help put up fence Mesh & Help with a new fence we are going to build - three days of help = Free stay & Help out a Speedway Track.


SUPPLEMENTARY RULES FOR 100 LAP DERBY


***PLEASE NOTE YOUR SAFETY EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRMENTS FOR THIS EVENT BELOW !!!!!

1.100 Lapper cars must comply to either the VSC Sports Sedans or VSC Unlimited Sedans Specification Manuals, and must comply with Seat, Belt & Neck and Head Restraint Rules. See Below.

Failure will result in disqualification from the event.

2. Any tyre with ‘For Rally’ or ‘Snow Purposes’ on the wall of the tyre are NOT PERMITTED

3. Any abusive language by a driver or crew will result in immediate disqualification.

4. In case of accident or breakdown you must remain in your vehicle on the track until the track crew have pushed you clear. Exception being fire or steam. Do not remove helmet.

5. The ‘Water Truck’ may enter under a yellow flag. Pass it.

6. RED FLAG: Will only be used for rollover or completely blocked track. Cars MUST stop safely & MUST hold their position.

7. All laps completed under yellow will NOT be counted in the final.

8. YELLOW FLAG: Maintain position. Overtaking WILL incur a ONE-LAP PENALTY. If you realise you have done so you may drop back and take up the appropriate position held when the flag came out.

9. BLACK FLAG: For gross or consistent infringement of racing rules or sportsmanship. NO PROTEST WILL BE HELD ON THE BLACK FLAG.

10. BLACK FLAG WHITE DOT: Mechanical defect car must go to the infield. May resume racing if checked & cleared by the Infield Officials.

11. If a car receives more than 2 Mechanical defect flags a black flag will be shown

12. If a car receives more than 2 black flags there may be a penalty applied ($300)

13. Cars MUST run in heat(s) to qualify for the final.

14. Failure to line up in your heat will result in automatic forfeit in that round. There will be no line-up changes. NO EXCEPTIONS. Delay will result in R.O.F.

15. All cars must run in a heat to qualify for final.

16. If you are having a problem, the pit marshal must be advised so as to avoid any unnecessary delays. Any withdrawals must be reported to the pit office or marshal immediately. A 2-minute wait is available.

17. A substitute car will be allowed providing the car has competed in a heat, must start rear of field. Only one substitute car allowed. Roof number and transponder are to be changed to registered number.

18. Driver(s) must supply roof number, black background with white number 300 x 300 with your allocated number.

PIT RULES

19. Pits will be open for the final only.

20. Gates will be closed under Red Flags – Final only.

21. Cars are to exit & enter through back gate only, at a safe walking pace YELLOW FLAG CONDITIONS AT ALL TIMES DOWN BACK SHUTE.

22. Speeding in the pits and or back Shute will result in INSTANT DISQUALIFICATION.

23. Pit crew must wear full overalls, approved balaclava & gloves when refuelling or removing radiator cap. Engine MUST be turned OFF.

ANY BREACH OF THESE RULES WILL MEAN INSTANT DISQUALIFICATION.

THE STEWARDS DECISION WILL BE FINAL – NO APPEALS OR PROTESTS

ALEXANDRA & DISTRICT SPEEDWAY INC. RETAIN THE RIGHT TO ALTER THE RACE FORMAT DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS

ONE-WAY COMMUNICATORS ARE COMPULSORY

FUEL LIMIT - Petrol: 72 Litre - Methanol: 120 Litre

NO ADDITIONAL FUEL TANKS TO BE FITTED AFTER SCRUTINEERING.

ALL RACE GEAR MUST COMPLY WITH SFI 3.3, FIA 8856-2000 or FIA 8856-2018. Socks must comply with SFI 3.3, FIA 8856-2000 or FIA 8856-2018.

HELMETS Full faced and comply with one of the following:- 1) Snell SA2025 (to be introduced October 1st 2025) 2) Snell SA2020 3) Snell SA2015 (Please note all Snell SA2015 Standard Helmets cannot be used after July 1st 2026) 4) FIA 8858-2010 5) FIA 8859-2015 6) FIA 8860-2010 7) FIA 8860-2018

HEAD & NECK RESTRAINT Are COMPULSORY & Meet FIA and/or SFI 38.1 Standard and must be worn.

BELTS - 2" shoulder straps in conjuction with the head and neck restraint - COMPULSORY

SEAT - Containment seat must be fitted for Driver and Passengers. COMPULSORY

PASSENGERS - Must be of senior licence age. I.e. no juniors permitted as passengers.
