About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours

Come join us in women's circle of healing as we take time away in nature so we can disconnect from our busy lives and the endless obligations to re connect to ourselves and recharge our own batteries.

You can expect a few hours of nurturing connection and chill vibes as we slow down and go within through guided yoga practices including somatic movement and breathwork.
You will be lead through a restorative visualisation meditation and crystal singing bowl journey followed by self reflection using powerful journalling prompts.

This gathering is intended to bring you home to your Self, the Earth and to embody peace and a deep sense of love for yourself and all beings.
This offering is for any woman who has an open heart and mind that feels the pull to return home to herself and connect with like spirited women.
We look forward to connecting with you soon !
(This event will be held in Mount Lofty Botanic Gardens in Adelaide, South Australia, the exact location within the park will be sent to you a few days before.)

Hi, I’m Charlyn, a trauma-informed yoga teacher and coach dedicated to empowering people to deeply love themselves. My mission is to nurture and lead with loving awareness, guided by my heart in all that I do. Discovering spirituality, especially through embodiment practices like yoga, transformed my life and aligned me with my true self. Through my own journey, I’ve gained deep insights into overcoming challenges such as guilt, shame, unworthiness, and grief that can dim our inner light. I draw on these experiences, along with yoga and embodiment practices, to offer a holistic approach to healing and self-development.
