9.50am: Demystify the ROWER: Learn to maximise your time through mechanics, positioning, power acquisition and the monitor.
10.50am: DAMPER SETTING: Where to set you damper for every session (and race) - Learn how to maximise your time, efficiency and performance in every session by effectively utilising the damper setting
11am: BIKEERG - Learn how your cadence, set up and body position impacts your ability to produce and maintain power
11.10am: SKIERG - There's a better way to use it and we've found it - Learn where to stand, what the best handle path is, how to optimise your size and where those damn handles are supposed to travel to once and for all.
12pm - Q and A
