Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be super fit to join?

Nope. Come as you are — whether you're HYROX-curious, chasing a PB, or just here for the sweat and vibes. We scale to all levels.

What are the sessions actually like?

Think: sleds, runs, wall balls, lunges, burpees (sorry, not sorry) — a spicy mix of strength, endurance, and race-day skills. Expect solid strength work and movement breakdowns that mimic the real deal, so you're prepped and confident for every station come race day

Are we doing the same thing every week?

Not a chance. We’re building through phases to keep things fresh and effective: Base Phase – Build your strength and aerobic engine Build Phase – Up the volume, intensity & skill work Peak Phase – Simulate race day, sharpen strategy & taper like PRO

What should I bring?

Just yourself, a towel, a water bottle, and maybe a post-sweat shake. We bring the heat — you bring the hustle!?

Do I need to have a HYROX event booked to join?

Not at all! This is for anyone wanting to train like a HYROX athlete, event booked or not. But hey, you might want to consider signing up for a race once you start training — there are events coming up in Perth and Melbourne later this year!
