Important information

The discounted rate is available for those who attend the full meeting:

- Max 2 OIFE delegates per European member organisation

- Max 1 OIFE delegate associate member organization

- Necessary disability assistants to OIFE delegates

All delegates need to book and pay for their travel themselves. Book early to save

money!

Programme outline:

Thursday 5th - arrival and registration (no meal provided)

Friday 6th - 9.30am AGM and conference (all meals included)

Saturday 7th - 9.30 am – workshops (all meals included)

Sunday 8th - 09.00 am to 12.00 noon grab and go lunch

We note depending on flight times some may need to leave earlier on the Sunday.

Please let us know when you register if you will NOT require lunch.

TICKET options

OIFE Delegate European organization - includes accommodation Thursday to Sunday and all meals for maximum of 2 per organisation (150 euros per person)

OIFE Delegate Associate member organization - includes accommodation Thursday to Sunday and all meals for maximum of 1 per organisation (150 euros per person)

All other delgates to pay full rate and must book accommodation direct with the hotel.
