Are children welcome?

Absolutely! Children's tickets are available and we have many games and colouring to keep them entertained.

Are dogs welcome?

Dogs are welcome, on lead, in our courtyard.

Are walk-ins accepted?

This is a ticketed event and walk-ins will not be accepted.

If I have a food allergy or I am vegetarian can you cater for me?

Absolutely! Just let us know at time of booking. We will have plenty of options available in our full service buffet that will cater to all needs.

Can I stay after my allocated ticket time and listen to music?

You are welcome to stay in our courtyard and enjoy a drink and the live music however you must vacate your booked table after your session is finished to allow the next guests. The entire courtyard area is available for seating after your session ends.

Are drinks included?

Not in your ticket price however we have beer, cider, cocktails, soft drinks, tastings, tea, coffee and so much more available for purchase.

Can I have multiple servings?

Our buffet is a full service set up and will be served to you by the team. Your ticket includes a full meal (which you can select) and dessert.

Is there live music?

Yes! Our live music will be available in the courtyard.

Is there a dress code?

We highly encourage you to celebrate Christmas with us and dress in festive best however there is no obligation to dress up.
