Join us for a fun-filled Onigiri making workshop! It's vegan friendly class. Learn how to craft delicious Japanese rice balls from how to prepare & cook rice for Onigiri, and pair them with Winter Miso soup & Japanese pickles prepared by Yoko. Have you ever tried making Onigiri and didn't go well? Don't worry, Yoko will show how to prepare & cook rice for Onigiri, and how to shape it nicely in this small class, you can practise it. Yoko will also show you how to prepare things to put into Onigiri (There is vegan option). No more mess, no more disaster. This hands-on event will take place at Malmsbury Town Hall, where you'll discover beautiful country view, the venue is right next to the Malmsbury botanical garden, you can also check iconic historical Malmsbury viaduct, have a afternoon tea in the cute cafe, check antique stores. Only 1 hour from Melbourne, you can also take Vline (walking distance from Malmsbury station). Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned chef, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to expand their culinary skills. We all eat yummy lunch together!!
