Did you know that reading books not only increases knowledge but also improves memory and reduces stress? As a carer, it can be challenging to find the time and motivation for our own interests and self-care.

Holstep Health-Carer Gateway is excited to be launching a bi-monthly online bookclub with a professional facilitator in 2025! Please join us for a fun and inspiring session on Tuesday February 11th at 7.30pm.
