Tuesday 1st October - "Singing for your Supper"
From milkmaids to magicians, princesses to pageboys, smugglers to servants, everyone in opera has a job – or at least they appear to (some characters only pretend to have a job or their ‘job’ is a front for some illegal activity – usually to get the girl). Come and join the fun as Opera Bites explores who has what job in opera and what that means for the plot and the music.
Early bookings are highly recommended as our Opera in the Pub events regularly sell out.
