Post natal education/ information class. Must be attended prior to the postnatal exercise class on a Friday.

This class includes information and exercises designed to help your body recover after pregnancy and childbirth.

Women who have delivered their baby at OPH or KEMH (and have Medicare) are welcome to attend this education and introduction to exercise class. This class can be attended at any time after delivery and includes information relevant to the early postnatal period.
Wear comfortable exercise clothes, closed-in shoes and have a towel handy.
Once this class has been completed and you have had your 6 week check up with your GP you can book into the follow up classes which are held on a Friday afternoon starting at 1.30 pm. These will be more exercise based.
