I'll take you on a fun, perspective changing process which allows you to step out of your head and into your body using mind-body connection activities. We chat about neuroscience and the brain helping you deepen your understanding of yourself and your potential. All while moving, grooving and connecting together!
All art supplies provided including headphones, canvas, acrylic paints & aprons. Please wear something you wouldn’t mind getting a little paint on just in case.
