Pasta from Scratch - Flood Recovery Program

Welcome to Pasta from Scratch cooking class brought to you by the Moonee Valley Flood Recovery Program! Join us at GK Cooking School on Sunday, 15 June, 3pm for a fun and delicious event.

There’s nothing quite like the taste of fresh, homemade pasta — so why not treat yourself anytime the craving strikes?

In this fun and hands-on 2-hour cooking class, you’ll discover the secrets to perfect pasta and gnocchi dough from scratch. Each guest will mix, knead, and roll their own batch of dough, before transforming it into two mouth-watering dishes: spinach & ricotta ravioli and classic spaghetti carbonara.

Once the hard work is done, you’ll sit down to enjoy your creations with the group — because great food is best shared!

Tickets will be prioritised for people impacted by the October 2022 Maribyrnong River floods. Families, friends and those living in the area are also welcome to attend.
