Frequently asked questions

I have never done Pilates before, can I join this class?

These classes are beginner friendly - we will work through building your foundational control, stability and body awareness as well as challenge your strength and mobility. You will be supported and supervised throughout these classes so they are very beginner friendly.

Can I still join if I am pregnant?

Yes you absolutely can. Please email Siobhan on leni.pelvicphysio@gmail.com once you have purchased a class to let her know that you are pregnant and she can address any concerns you may have.

Will we be working on pelvic floor strengthening?

No - we will not be strengthening the pelvic floor in these classes. We will instead be teaching you how to better connect with your pelvic floor to teach it how to relax more effectively - this skill is essential in everyone, so these are the foundations we will be establishing in the class.

Is there parking?

There is free street parking available in the area - however be mindful that on the weekends South Fremantle is bustling with cafe and restaurant goers so allow ample time to find parking.
