About this event

Doors open at 5:45PM for a 6:00PM start.

The All Hallows' P&F Association would like to invite all the Fathers or Father-Caregivers and their daughters to this event.

This year an AHS family will chat to us about their AHS journey. We look forward to having them share their inspiring stories.

There will be fabulous food and entertainment.

Dads, don’t forget your dancing shoes to show your daughters your hidden talent!

Dress code

Students: AHS Formal Uniform including blazers (no hats required!).
Fathers: Smart Casual

SEATING

Each table seats 10 people.

Please try to organise a full table of 10 noting the Table Captain. This is the best way to ensure you are seated with who you want to sit with and avoid smaller groups being split up to complete tables.

If you cannot organise a full table of 10, enter your Table Captain’s name and we will try to sit you with them, but if we can’t, we will try to sit you with your daughter’s year group.

If nominating a Table Captain please use their full names.

REFUND POLICY

Sorry, no refunds are available on ticket purchases for this event.

If you can no longer attend please advertise your tickets on the AHS Buy, Sell, Giveaway Uniforms Facebook page or the All Hallows School Parent Connect Facebook page or your daughter's year level Facebook page.

Then advise the event organiser by emailing FatherDaughter@ahs.qld.edu.au that you have sold your tickets and the details of who has purchased your tickets. Please ask the purchaser to email us and advise us of any dietary requirements and table captain. If we are advised before the table seating allocation is started, we may be able to accommodate a new table request. Otherwise, they will be seated on the original purchaser's table.

What is the dress code for this event?

Smart casual for fathers and formal School uniform, with blazers, for daughters (hats not required).

What does the cost include?

The cost includes a two course meal (main and dessert), live music, guest speakers and entertainment. Soft drinks will be available for purchase - please note that this is an alcohol-free event.

Who do I contact if I would like to make changes to my seating preferences?

Any enquiries regarding seating changes to your booking must be emailed to fatherdaughter@ahs.qld.edu.au by Friday 19 July.

How will I know which table number we are seated at?

Foyer Screens at QCEC will display your table number and position.
