About our PT - Move With Sally

"Hey everyone! My name is Sally, i'm 25 and moved to Australia in January 2024 on the Working Holiday Visa!

I have always had a passion for helping others find enjoyment in exercise and love sharing the benefits it can have on the body. While at university in Glasgow, I completed my personal training qualification alongside my sports science degree. I then went on to teach fitness classes for beach-holiday resorts around Europe for a couple years before moving back to Glasgow and settling there for a while. It was then I expanded my qualification set and completed my pilates instructor training in London. However, I quickly got sick of the Scottish weather and booked my one-way flight to Australia!

Some of my other interests include dance, travel, hiking and chilling at the beach but I love teaching group exercise and am so happy to have managed to make a career out of it. In Brisbane, I currently work for Lululemon full-time and do a little fitness work on the side.

My main focus when teaching is making sure everyone is enjoying themselves in a safe and welcoming environment, while improving their fitness levels and building confidence. I can't wait to meet all of you and get moving!"
