We love pizza, but Sara is obsessed with it, she always says that Pizza makes her happy, does that happen to you too?

In this class you’ll learn how to prepare a perfect dough for a home-made pizza and focaccia (focaccia is a dough with salt and a lot of Extra virgin olive oil. In Italy you can buy it in every bakery, and Italians often have it as a quick, light lunch or ‘merenda’ = afternoon snack).

We’ll show you how to garnish two focaccia, one in the traditional way and one with onions, and then two pizzas, one as the Queen of pizza, the Margherita and one Neapolitan pizza. Then you’ll garnish your focaccia in the traditional way with salt, oil and your pizza in a traditional Neapolitan way, with capers, anchovies, oregano, garlic and crushed tomato.

In the meantime, we’ll cook the pizza and focaccia that Anna and Sara have prepared and when they are ready we’ll have a Pizza party with Italian beer or Italian soft drinks.

You’ll take home the focaccia and pizza you have prepared to cook and share with the people you love, enjoying a little Italian pizza party with them, you’ll also get the recipe book for the class you attended.

Sharing the kitchen and cooking together is the best way to have fun and enjoy your time while you are learning something new or something that you want to master in the best traditional way. Our pizza and focaccia class will show you the way in which Italians make pizza at home, with a normal oven and with simple, basic fresh ingredients.

Organised by

To be honest, summarizing Italian cuisine in just a few classes is quite challenging; we could easily offer more than a hundred classes and still not cover half of what Italy's culinary tradition encompasses. Nevertheless, we've carefully crafted 12 distinct classes to showcase some of the most famous dishes and unique culinary experiences Italy has to offer.

Our classes range from mastering the art of pasta across two parts, indulging in the ritual of Aperitivo Italiano, exploring the intricacies of Dolci-desserts, to crafting comforting dishes like Gnocchi and Lasagna. We also offer classes focused on Italian Lunch, Tuscan Dinner, the art of Pane-grissini-Taralli (Bread-breadstick-Taralli), and the secrets of Pizza and Focaccia. Additionally, we have a class dedicated to mastering quick and delicious Sughi Express.

We've designed our classes with a perfect blend of learning, enjoyment, and engagement because we believe that learning is most effective in a welcoming and happy environment. It's not just about teaching culinary skills; it's about fostering a sense of belonging and family. We want you to feel like you're part of our crew, creating memories and mastering authentic Italian recipes that you can cherish and recreate in your own kitchen.

Join us for an unforgettable Italian cooking experience—one that will leave you with not just new skills, but with cherished memories and a passion for Italian cuisine that you can carry with you every day.

A presto (see you soon),

Sara and Anna.
