He will share his knowledge and tips to help you master the art of pizza making in your own home.
Suitable for beginners to those with experience who want to expand their knowledge. Good for all ages.
Classes are limited to 10 people so you will get a chance to interact, ask questions and have one on one time with Antonio as he instructs you. During this class Linda will keep feeding you and teaching you other recipes and techniques.
Antonio will provide demonstrations to begin with and then its time to get your hands dirty!
You will learn
1) to make dough by hand
2) balling and stretching techniques
3) how to use a pizza paddle and peel
4 ) pizza turning in the oven
5) pizza classico (classic style pizza in the oven), pizze fritte (fried pizza), donuts, focaccia and bread!
6) about fermentation and the process of making dough

Pre-made 48hour dough to stretch and cook to take home to feed the family.
Ingredients to make your own dough to take home to use another day. You get to take home 2 dough balls.
Plus we feed you! Savoury and sweet pizza, focaccia and donuts.
All food and utensils provided. Information sheets and recipes included.
Served with one complimentary glass of beer, wine or soft drink. (Other drinks can be purchased directly from bar)
