Frequently asked questions

What shoes should I wear?

I highly recommend proper, waterproof hiking boots. A pair of runners with good tread (think cross trainers, not running shoes) will also suffice. Boots can be easily purchased from places like Anaconda or Decathlon.

What do I need to bring?

A light daypack with sunscreen, a light jacket and a camera if desired.

What’s the plan for parking?

Parking is available at the Police Point.

What route are we taking?

London Bridge Lookout and Fort Nepean via Chevoit Hill on AllTrails: https://www.alltrails.com/en-gb/trail/australia/victoria/london-bridge-lookout-and-fort-nepean-via-chevoit-hill

Any behaviour expectations?

Always stay within line of sight of other members of the group (I.e. you can walk faster if you wish, but don’t go too far) and please no fiqh discussions. We are all in different places in our journey and I ask that we keep this as an accepting space.

Can I bring my kids?

While we love your babies, this event is aimed at 18+, to remove any consideration of working with children checks. This trail also has some steep sections which younger children may struggle with and I request that you don’t bring the little ones! Message me to discuss if your think they’ll be fine

Organised by

We are a group striving to show sisters that they too have been blessed with unlimited capacity. Focus will be on doing things that challenge us both mentally and physically, such as hikes, abseiling, white water rafting and many more.
