- Relaxation and pain management techniques
- Breathing awareness
- Positioning for 1st and 2nd stages of labour
- Essential exercises
- Recovery after birth
Please have 2 pillows with you when you login to the class.
A ticket for this class includes a place for you and your partner/support person.
You are welcome to attend from the 14th week of your pregnancy, however it is recommended from the third trimester.
You must be delivering at KEMH or OPH to attend this class.
