Impact Innovation is continuing its research into enhancing impact from R&D investments with over 100 contributors to date. If you want to be a part of the conversation and share your insights on how we can improve how R&D investors interact with R&D providers please register for the one of the research workshops.
In February 2024 Impact Innovation released an overview of Stage 1 research findings into R&D Impact. This research focused on how R&D investors (corporates, industry and government) and R&D delivery partners (Nationall Research Organisations and universities) engage and how these engagements drive positive and negative behaviour. On the suggestion of a number of stakeholders, we are conducting a series of 1 hour research workshops as part of our Stage 2 research activities. These workshops will share how different stakeholders are using the Stage 1 findings as well as explore potential new Principles for R&D Impact.
The research workshops will include:
- An overview of the existing 10 Principles for R&D Impact (and feedback on their use)
- Discussion on new principles being considered
- Identification of other engagement challenges between R&D investors and R&D delivery partners
