About this event

Monday 4 November daily until Wednesday 13 November

Our 10 day program includes a morning daily dose of exercise and a key take away learning to help you understand your body's transition during menopause and perimenopause.

Daily early morning exercise sessions restore healthy joint function, improve posture, reduce aches and pains and build strength. Part of this is focused breath work throughout the sessions that helps to reduce physical and mental stress.

The intensity of the program builds each day, culminating in a celebratory finale session that will leave you on top of the world!

Program inclusions:

  • comprehensive REBOOT mindset booklet
  • 10 days of exercise physiology lead training sessions including boxing, yoga, pilates, strength, core and HIIT cardio.
  • 10 day Clean eating plan along with delicious recipes
