Recognising the signs of burnout

As carers, we can often ignore our own needs and keep pushing through. In this workshop, we will discuss and learn to identify the warning signs, symptoms and strategies to prevent burnout and also what you can do and where you can go if you reach complete burnout. Understanding burnout can help you prioritize self-care and well- being.
