General Conduct and Safety Guidelines

1. Respect Others: Participants should be courteous to fellow runners/walkers,volunteers and staff.
2. Stay on Course: Follow the designated route and do not take shortcuts
3. Keep it Clean: Dispose of trash in designated receptacles; leave no litter on the course
4. Health Check:participants should ensure they are in good health to participate. It's advisable to consult if unsure
5. Emergency contact information is correct
6. Use hydration stations responsibly; do not block pathways when stopping for water
