Join us for an empowering Train Like A Girl Session designed to help you build confidence, strength and technical skills in a supportive and high-performance environment.
Session Overview:
Check In & Welcome in the Conference Room at Townsville Sports Precinct.
Upon arrival, you'll check in with The Female Co Team and get a quick run down of the session. This is a great time to meet your coach and connect with other women and girls.
Knowledge Behind The Movement
Before we hit the gym, we will run through some information around what and why we build strength. This session will specifically look at upper body and core strength.
Gym Time
We will then talk our knowledge and put it into practice in the gym. Under guidance by one of The Female Co's Strength & Conditioning Coaches, you will dive into a short, focused session, focused on upper body and core strength and stability.
Wrap Up
We will finish with a quick debrief on what you learned, key take aways and how you can implement these techniques into your own training.
