Resuscitation Australia Instructor Migration Session (ALS1/ALS2)

Welcome to our online migration session for existing instructors of Advanced Life Support Level 1 and Level 2 courses in Australia.

This session is designed to help you transition smoothly to instructing under Resuscitation Australia, should you wish to do so.

In this session, you will receive a detailed overview of Resusciation Australia's educational methodology and how we have designed innovative and clinically relevant mixed-modality training to revolutise how ALS training is delivered across the country.

What is the cost?

Resuscitation Australia is offering a limited number of these Instructor Migration Sessions free of charge, in recognition of the skills and experience you bring as an existing ALS instructor.

What is the accreditation process for migrating instructors?

In order to obtain accreditation with Resuscitation Australia as a migrating ALS Instructor, you must:

(A) Attend a Resuscitation Australia Instructor Migration Session (IMS); and

(B) Complete the application for accreditation form which will be made available to you at the conclusion of the IMS, which requires you to attach evidence of your existing Instructor credential/s and your ALS1 or ALS2 credentials.

Resuscitation Australia will review your application and provide you with Accredited Instructor status at the level you are currently qualified to teach (e.g. ALS1 or ALS2).
