In this workshop, participants will learn how to make customers feel valued and appreciated, cover what it means to build camaraderie through real human connections.

The Power of a Smile

In this session, participants will learn why smile – a smile that creates an ambiance of warmth and readiness to serve.

Effective Communication

Participants will learn interrogative strategies and body language interpretation to increase their productivity as customer service representatives.

Proactive Service Approach

You will become aware that anticipating customer needs sets the standard for exemplary service delivery. You will discover ways to make these a reality through strategies, that work to modify customer expectations.

Never Judge

It is the aim to get something from that person who is likely to come back and your mission is to make that person enjoy the experience as much as possible. This seminar will suggest ways to make each person you come across feel as important and valued as they possibly can.

Dealing with Complaints and Challenging Individuals

In this session, we’ll cover the following: how to cope with conflict and help relationships to thrive. Using five bespoke techniques, conflict can be put to bed with minimal fuss.

Wrapping Up the Workshop

Participants will learn interrogative strategies and who complete the course will have the chance to ask questions in a Q&A session and share a plan for implementation of what they’ve learned.
