RICS together with Baker Mckenzie are pleased to invite you to a lunch and learn in Sydney: 1 Hour Formal CPD
The role of the superintendent is challenging primarily due to its dual nature – superintendents must act independently while being employed by the principal. This can lead to pressures and potential conflicts of interest. There is also now a shift away from standard contract drafting that is creating more issues with this role.
Add to the mix that superintendents must understand a construction contract which others have created, manage potential disputes and be aware of potential liabilities in their role. In this lunch and learn session the construction law team at Baker McKenzie and RICS panellists will walk through and discuss the key issues.
Join us for a sandwich lunch, networking and a CPD session. Spaces are limited, so bookings are essential.
