About this event
You are invited to the RIL x WIL Showcase, a celebratory event that brings together our research and industry internship students from the past year to share their stories and experiences in front of a panel of judges. This incredible evening will be held in the prestigious location of the Council Chambers in the Chancellery.

- Time: 4:45PM to 7PM
- Venue: Council Chambers, Chancellery Building (C22), Kensington Campus, UNSW Sydney
12 finalists will present their experiences, stories and advice from their Research Integrated Learning (RIL) or Work Integrated Learning (WIL) experiences for 3 minutes in a friendly competition. Finalists will present in front of a panel of distinguished judges by research and industry representatives.
As an audience member, will also get the chance to be a judge. Put your judging faces on and vote in the People's Choice Award whilst discovering the remarkable projects and work our UNSW Science students have achieved.
Following the presentations, forge connections that matter over dinner and our poster competition viewing. Once again, the power is in your hands, chat to some of our student poster submitters and vote for your favourite. This is your chance to network with esteemed industry representatives, accomplished researchers and fellow students. Maybe even chat about the poster you're viewing. Expand your professional network and lay the foundation for your future career endeavours.
Not only do you get free dinner, but you will also get the chance to win prizes just for being an audience member with the first 50 students attending the evening to receive a welcome gift.
But that's not it, with the help of our friends at PsychSoc, we will also offer some headshot photography to make sure your LinkedIn photo or other proffessional photos make you look at your best.
