Frequently asked questions

Can I stay after 9pm?

No - your ticket gives you access until 9pm when the event finishes. If you want to stay you will need a camping ticket which is available on the website at https://www.frasercoastrvpark.com.au/river-heads-rocks

Is it BYO?

YES - bring along your drinks, esky, chairs.

Is there onsite catering?

YES - there will be a coffee van with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, muffins and a food truck selling Kebabs, chips, etc.

Can I bring my dog?

NO - only people who are camping for the weekend can bring their dogs

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

YES - there is a wheelchair accessible shower & toilet, kitchen + the bush stage has a ramp out the back

Do you sell ice?

NO - there is a SPAR shop 2.5kms up the road - you can get most grocery items from there + ice

Will there be any mozzies or midges?

NO - this is why we hold the event on this weekend - we find the mozzies and midges don't come out when the temperature is below 25 degrees. We have never had an issue with them at this time of the year.

Can children attend?

YES - tickets for children are still $30 - ages 3-16 - we love seeing the children enjoying the live music and getting up to dance instead of looking down at their devices.

Will I be able to leave the venue?

YES - but you wont be able to get back in after 12 noon - the gates will be locked for safety and security of all our patrons

What time should I get there?

Entry to the park for day ticket holders will be between 10am and 12 noon - you will be issued a wristband - if you decide to leave the venue you won't be able to get back in after 12 noon.

Is the parking free

YES - we will direct you to a parking spot when you arrive

Why do you have a no refund policy?

We cannot offer you a refund, however you can transfer your ticket. Give us a call if you need to transfer your ticket to someone else. We are a small husband and wife team and we don't have the administration ability to be offering refunds and re-issuing tickets, and Rosie's not much help.
