From 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, we'll be serving up fresh and flavorsome dishes including our famous woodfired bread with burrata and tomato, crumbed olives with whipped feta, and crispy calamari frittis. Seafood lovers will be in heaven with kingfish ceviche and BBQ king prawns with nduja butter. For those with heartier appetites, enjoy a succulent rotisserie roast free-range chicken and crispy fries.

Of course, no brunch is complete without bottomless drinks! What time does the event start & end?

The brunch will take place on Sunday, June 8th, from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. The DJ will continue on into the evening so we encourage you to stay & party with us all arvo! Your drinks will package will end at 3.30pm and you will be required to purchase any food or beverage following this.

Are drinks included?

Yes! This is a bottomless brunch, so enjoy unlimited drinks, including: House beer, wine, and prosecco, as well as signature cocktails such as The Del’s house Spiced Margarita and Aperol Spritz

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Tickets are limited and may sell out before the event, so we recommend purchasing your tickets in advance to guarantee entry.

Can I bring my own food & drinks?

Unfortunately, outside food and drinks are not permitted at the event. All food and drinks will be provided as part of your bottomless brunch experience at The Del.

What if I've purchased my own ticket but meeting my crew there?

No worries at all — we won’t seat you with a random group. We’ll be in touch ahead of the event to confirm who you’re coming with and make sure your crew is all seated together. We've got you covered!
