    Breathwork Journey ~ Ecstatic Dance ~ Connection.


    Join us for an in-person event at the Shamanic Rain Lifestyle Centre - Spiritual, Psychic, Crystals - for a transformative experience. Our Breathwork session will guide you through deep spiritual exploration, allowing shifts in the subconscious mind to awaken the inner healer within. There will also be sound healing mixed in as well.

    Then through Ecstatic Dance, we will create a liberating space for self-expression. Shed your inhibitions and let the rhythm guide your movements. No previous dance experience is needed—just an open heart to the journey. Connect with your inner self and discover the sacred flow within you.

    Afterward, we will chat and share as a community around the fire, allowing for more integration.

    Arrival: Endeavour to arrive between 5:00 PM - 5:15 PM at the very latest.

    (This event will last approx. 4 hours)


    Things to bring:

    • Yoga mat
    • Blankets
    • Water bottle
    • Warm clothes ~ (layered)
    • Eye mask
    • A journal is recommended as are any familiar personal items that will aid you in feeling grounded (crystal, teddy, scarf, etc)

    The Breathwork used in this session will be a Consciously connected breathing pattern. (Either in the mouth and out the mouth, or in the nose and out the mouth/nose)

    ~ It is recommended that participants attend on a relatively empty stomach and eat a grounding meal following the practice for optimal comfort and well-being~

    Important: Holotropic Breathwork requires a commitment to a circul breathing pattern and has the potential to bring about intense feelings which may result in strong physical and/or emotional release. This practice involves the voluntary hyper-oxygenation of your bloodstream, paving the way for reaching an altered state of consciousness where you may experience possibilities that are not grounded in this reality - you can control the intensity of the experience by adjusting your breathing pattern back no nasal breathing. You are always in control.


    Possible experiences from your inward journey can include:

    • Visiting memories from past experiences lived.
    • Shifts in body temperature.
    • Receiving messages from higher realms of consciousness.
    • Altered states of consciousness.
    • Journeying with beings from non-ordinary realms (spirit guides, ancestors)
    • Uncover long-held energetic and behavioral patterns of limitation offering greater self-understanding and self-healing.

    From a physical perspective, you may experience a release of stagnant, stuck, or repressed energy and/or emotion. This may unfurl peacefully or dynamically via movement. We encourage you to move the body in a way that helps release this stuck energy.

    Contraindications (considerations for your safety): It is important to consider certain contraindications and safety considerations before participating in a dynamic breathwork process.If you have epilepsy, cardiovascular issues, or blood pressure concerns, it is advisable to carefully assess whether joining a dynamic breathwork session is appropriate for you.

    Pregnant women should also exercise caution, although accommodations can be made for a more gentle breathing pattern if desired. Individuals living with mental health conditions or challenges should check in with their current capacity to participate, and those experiencing active episodes of psychosis are advised not to join at this time.If you have any specific needs or concerns regarding your participation in the breathwork session, you are encouraged to initiate a conversation via email to address your particular circumstances.

    Please be aware that this practice may involve the authentic and uninhibited expression of emotions, which could manifest as screaming, crying, laughter, or other forms of vocal sounding. Participants are encouraged to remain centered within their own process and view others' expressions as part of their individual journey without becoming attached to them.

    About your Facilitator:

    Todd Boddington is a dedicated facilitator and spiritual guide. With a background in Breathwork, Pellowah energy healing, and intuitive sound healing, Todd loves to create transformative experiences for his clients. His grounded connection to both masculine and feminine energies allows him to hold space for his clients in a nurturing and empowering way.

    As a Life Awareness Breathwork Facilitator, Todd shares ancient breathing techniques to enhance vitality and inner balance. His teachings draw from Eastern wisdom, emphasizing the connection between the breath, mind, body, and spirit. He is also a Holotropic Breathwork Facilitator. Todd loves sharing the tools and techniques that have helped him on his path with others, guiding them toward a greater sense of well-being and connection to their true selves.
