As we move through the seasons, we’ll explore themes that honour nature’s cycles, guiding you into deeper connection with your body, breath, and energetic flow.

Expect a blend of gentle movement, nervous system regulation, and vibrational healing to restore balance, release tension, and invite ease into your being.

Meet your space holders, Brooke and Amy:

Brooke is a certified Yin and Vinyasa yoga teacher, specialising in nervous system regulation, embodied anatomy, and fascia-focused movement. Rooted in ancient philosophy and somatic practices, Brooke’s teachings guide others to feel at home in their bodies, using movement, breath, and self-inquiry as pathways to transformation.

Amy is an intuitive energy worker, using modalities such as Reiki, Light language, Inherited Release Method and Sound healing to balance and restore energetic flow throughout the body, release trauma, outdated emotions and beliefs and to realign you with your true self and soul purpose.

We aim to create a safe and nuturing space for these these events and we look forward to holding you in it.
