What is included in the tasting?

You will be treated to an ample tasting of 2 premium sakes and 4 select wines.  Tasting will be hosted by award winning sake and wine maker, Matt Froude.  He has 20 years experience as a winemaker in Australia and abroad and 10 years of experience working in Japan perfecting the art of sake brewing.

Is dinner included?

Yes.  You will be treated to a carefully selected 3 course dinner prepared by the Royal Steakhouse's chef.

Will it be fun?

Absolutely!! The Laughing Otter and Municipal have structured that evening to be interactive and social along with being informative.

Will I learn a lot?

Yes, Matt is an expert in the sake and wine process as well as the importance of pairing food and drink.  The tasting allows for plenty of time for Q & A and for Matt to share his stories from around the world.
