We're releasing our cookbook! These are recipes we're been gathering and cooking for the nine years we have been open. Some are recipes we're learnt doing cooking classes in Spain, others we have concoted based on our knowledge and skill with food and all have been cooked by our chefs and enjoyed by you, our customers many times over. These recipes are more than every day cooking, they're for creating special memories with and collecting the moments, one by one. The beauty of Spanish cuisine lies in the simplicty and cultivation whole foods. This book has recipes for those new or aprehensive about cookery all the way through to seasoned chefs.
