Event Terms & Conditions

• 18 + years event.
• Show will be in Hindi Language.
• Tickets are non-refundable – Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. Refunds, exchanges or cancellations and seat swapping is not available.
• If an event is cancelled/postponed, we will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the booking fee.
• Event Producers & the Venue staff reserve the right to ask any guest to leave or remove them from the venue for any reason we see as inappropriate and for a successful running of our event.
• In an event of misconduct by patron’s, Event Producers reserves the right to eviction.
• We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the Producers.
• Ticket price can go change without any prior notice.
• Any kind of Photography or Videography is NOT Allowed. If you are found recording the show, your device will be confiscated & legal action may be taken against you.
• Phone-Free Experience Policy : The use of phones, smartwatches, smart glasses, or any smart digital devices is strictly prohibited inside the performance space. Upon arrival at the venue, all such devices must be placed in individual secured pouches, which will remain locked until the end of the event. Guests will keep their devices with them at all times and may access them only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. Devices must be re-secured in the pouches before re-entering the performance space. If you need to take a phone call during the performance, please exit the performance area. A member of our staff will be available to unlock your pouch in the designated area. Anyone caught using a device during the performance will be escorted out of the venue by security. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a fully immersive, phone-free experience. Please note: Guests are responsible for the condition of their phone pouch. At the end of the event, pouches must be returned in good condition. Any damage to the pouch will result in a penalty charged to the same card used to purchase the ticket.
