Bookings are essential for Santa Pawtraits. We can’t accept walk-ins – no matter how much they beg!

A $5 deposit is required when you book, but don’t worry—it goes toward your purchase on the day. Eventbrite booking fees apply. We suggest booking in advance to ensure the best time for your family. Delays may be experienced if you arrive outside of your appointment time.

Do I need to book my Santa Pet Photography session?

Bookings are essential to secure your spot. We can't accept walk-ins - no matter how much your pet begs!

Is the Santa setting open during the week in Nov?

Help us keep our new Santa setup looking its best! It’s closed outside of the set times and isn't available for personal iPhone pics during the week throughout Nov. Thanks for understanding.

How much are the photo packages?

What time should I arrive for my booking?

Please allow for arrival time of 5 minutes prior to your booking.

Can I still get my Santa Pet Photography if I am late, or miss my session?

We cannot guarantee to fit you into a time close by to your session especially if sessions are booked out, however we will do our best to accommodate. No refunds of booking fees will be provided if you miss your session.

Is the Santa setting wheel chair friendly?

Yes

What pets can come along?

Most friendly pets are welcome: dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, birds and other little guys. Centre management does have the final say on who can join in, though, so feel free to ask if you’re not sure!

Can I re-schedule my booking to another date and/or time?

Yes, you can reschedule via the online booking system. Check your confirmation email for further details.

Can my pet sit with my kids for their photos?

Yes, your pet can sit with your kids, but only during the designated pet sessions.

What happens if I lose my photos, can I get copies?

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost photos. We recommend adding on a USB containing all photos taken to your purchase, for $26.
