If you're looking for VARIETY this is the class for you!

Each class is musically themed (musical artist, genre, era etc) and set to a timer (like a tabata). The exercises are suited to the tempo of each song and you get to choose which station (step, dumbbells, booty bands, Bodyweight) you prefer each song.
