In this workshop we explore the concept of Neurodiversity in relation to owing and operating businesses. Coined I the late 1990’s Neurodiversity is a framework to understand how human cognition works and recognises that all brains are different. Whether you, and / or your workforce are neurotypical or divergent may impact the way business is done, teams are formed and mental health is cultivated.
