About this event

Do you own a piece of Prospect’s past? Add your piece to the digital puzzle, and help build the Prospect Local History Collection. Bring your photos or documents to the Prospect Local History Research Room at City of Prospect library to have them scanned, and discuss what you can do to care for them with the Prospect Local History Officer and volunteers. You can also learn more about scanning fragile historic items on the day.

The Prospect Local History Collection was opened in 1986 as part of the SA 150 Jubilee celebrations. It contains historical, social and cultural items of significance to the local area. The collection can be accessed by appointment with the Prospect Local History Officer, and displays of selected items on level 1 Payinthi.
