Parenting brings endless surprises, but what if you could handle each twist and turn with calm and confidence? Join us for an inspiring, hands-on workshop for caregivers who want to raise resilient, adaptable children while finding strength in their own parenting journey.
You’ll gain practical tools and insights to foster resilience within your family and to support young children through life’s challenges.
Get ready for engaging discussions, actionable take-home resources, and interactive exercises that make resilience-building easy and enjoyable.
Children at the workshop will be able to complete exercises with their carers and participate in quiet activities in the same room. Please be aware that there is no staff supervision of children during the session, and carers are responsible for children in attendance.
