School Holiday Baking

The perfect shcool holiday baking class.

Learn how to make classic white bread dough by hand. One savoury and one sweet.

Roll out your dough and learn the art to creating sweet and savoury scrolls in mutliple different flavours. Using the same dough learn to twist and shape the dough into fancy twists and or sticks to wow your family.

Each student will get to make 2 doughs, take home there recipe card to recreate there master pieces over and over again at home. They will also get to take home there baked items. All equipment and ingredients will be supplied.

Each student must wear closed toe shoes, and have hair tied back. students are welcome to bring snacks and drinks with them (please no nuts ) water will be supplied.

Class will go for approx 2-2 1/2 hours.
