JMT High Performance Workshop for Young Athletes.


This Mental Toughness & Mental Fitness workshop is for all levels of young athletes looking to challenge themselves, build confidence, learn resilience, enhance fitness and acquire resources for a better mindset. All of which will help enhance their performance in their chosen sport and all other areas of life.


Join JMT Mental Performance Coaches Jamie and Liz, for an inspiring day.


Jamie & Liz are both highly experienced and respected Mental Performance and Strength & Conditioning Coaches, with 20+ years in the industry. They combine their Military service, life experience, formal psychology education with a life of setting and breaking physical World Records and overcoming Mental challenges.


This speical School holiday program will inspire your young athlete to build a strong foundation of resources to help them with lifelong lessons in Confidence, Resilience, Strength, fitness, Athletic ability, Endurance, Mindset and Performance. Just to name a few of the areas we will cover to help develop your athlete in to a well-rounded, high achieving young athlete and amazing human.


On the day we will blend Fitness and Mental performance lessons to challenge your athlete and help them build resilience to handle all of life's challenges our young face. We will teach them tools to help balance school, sport, friendships, family life and the pressures of performing at a high level.


Our program will equip your child with the skills and confidence they will carry throughout life and set the foundations of success!
