Sewing Workshop: Visible Mending Techniques

Breathe new life into an old pair of jeans, a holey jumper or your favourite jacket to celebrate National Recycling Week! Join us for a visible mending workshop in our Create Space to add character and style into your imperfect garments.

What do I need to bring?

Bring along a clothing item that needs some mending. This could be items that have holes, stains or imperfections that need covering up. If you don’t have any but want to participate, head to your local op shop to pick up an imperfect piece! All other materials will be provided.

This program is suitable for adults.
