Foodbank Nom presents this interactive session which covers money saving tips and shopping. Participants will learn how to make money last when purchasing foods. This session will provide meal planning strategies and a hands-on shopping activity that will help you spend less and buy more. This education session will be followed by a cooking experience and sharing the meal together

Registrations are essential. and places are limited. Walk-ins not permitted.

This session is for adults only.
