Saba Sankauskas is a qualified teacher, jewellery maker (silversmith and metalsmith) she has completed a Bachelor of Visual Communications and a Masters of Teaching.

About this event

Located at SJC Studios, This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to try something different and hand stamp their own sterling silver jewellery.

Come away with 2 unique pieces of jewellery

Options include:

free size open ring band

Pendant/necklace or bracelet

Blanks have already been pre-sawed and cut to size by myself which includes a flat ring band per participant as well as a circular cut disc shape which can hang from either a pendant or bracelet. I will have chain ready to connect with attachments as well as tools to bend and shape your ring per person on the day

Do i need any experience

No, i will teach you how to safely stamp, bend and attach your silver pieces to create your own unique one of a kind jewellery

Do i need to bring anything?

No. Just yourself and your creative ideas

Is there an age limit?

These sessions are designed for adults 18+ however i do run kids workshops where they learn to stamp aluminium

What materials do you use?

This workshop will utilise 925 Sterling silver for all components which is reflected in the price. I do run workshops with aluminium which is a more cost effective alternative
