Our speakers for this event have used metrics and analytics as one of their core capabilities to grow successful careers across multiple industries and countries. This event will provide examples of how to use metrics and analytics to cut through complexity and demonstrate value to your organization or stakeholders.


Speakers:

Theresa Khorshid is A seasoned executive with a global career spanning investment banking, mining, government, and technology. Known for leading transformation and performance-driven programs with senior leaders, translating strategy into action, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Theresa is expert at designing and building frameworks for data led decisions using people and performance data, enabling organisations to report on, analyse and quantify their human capital and their culture, to make more informed and data led decisions with people and process at their centre.

Theresa’s background is in Organisational Psychology, Management, Anthropology and Sociology. She has worked in Government in the UK, and then Investment Banking with where she led the human capital reporting, analytics, and data science research programs with teams in Hong Kong, India, Budapest, and the US, and most recently in Perth in a company using mining data to build digital simulation and modelling software, for the mining industry.

Alastair Fisher is an accomplished people and operations executive with demonstrated leadership success working within blue chip organisations and start-ups alike - across a range of industries and international geographies. With a passion for combing people leadership with commercial outcomes, he has consistently and effectively used workforce and business metrics as a fundamental basis for workforce and company management systems.

Alastair has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and has worked in Executive HR and Operational Leadership roles in the UK and Australia. Alastair has been the CEO of recruitment and talent services business Globe 24-7 since January 2020, servicing the mining sector globally.
