Skills for Birth and Beyond (In Person)

*Patients who do not have a Medicare Number will be charged $339.00 for this course. Please contact the cashiers office on (08) 64581595 for current charges and your insurance company for any coverage queries.

If you have a current Medicare card this class will be free.

Included in the class are information on:

• Relaxation and pain management techniques
• Breathing awareness
• Positioning for 1st and 2nd stages of labour
• Essential exercises
• Recovery after birth

Please bring 2 pillows with you when you come to the class.

A ticket for this class includes a place for you and your partner/support person.

You are welcome to attend from the 14th week of your pregnancy, however attendance is recommended in the third trimester.

You must be delivering at KEMH or OPH to attend this class.
